How to play Sudoku

Fill the 9×9 grid so that every row, every column, and each of the nine 3×3 boxes contains the digits 1 to 9 exactly once. Some numbers are given to start — the rest are for you to work out using logic alone. Every puzzle here is generated with a single unique solution.

Tap a cell and then a number to fill it. Turn on Notes to pencil in candidate numbers while you think. Use Hint if you get stuck, Erase to clear a cell, and the number pad shows how many of each digit are left to place. Choose Easy, Medium, Hard or Expert, and your best time for each level is saved on your device.
