For CPA and accounting firms in the United States
The tax and accounting team behind your firm
Returns, the monthly close, payroll and CFO reporting, prepared to your standards and ready for your review. Your firm keeps every signature and every client.
- Section 7216 consent confirmed before any return work
- Your firm keeps every signature and every client
- Work done in your software, to your checklists
- A PTIN for everyone who prepares returns
The work cycle
One job, from your desk and back again
Every piece of work runs the same five steps, whether it is a single return or a month of closes for twenty clients, and your team can see where it stands at any point.
You send the work
Files arrive through your portal or straight into your own systems, with whatever checklist the job carries.
We prepare it
In your software and to your checklist, by a preparer who holds a PTIN. Questions are raised as they come up, not saved for the end.
A second person checks it
Every job is checked inside our team, against the same checklist, before it goes anywhere near your reviewer.
It is waiting in your morning
Work sent at the end of your day comes back before your next one starts, with open items and questions listed at the top.
Your firm reviews and signs
Your reviewer signs, files and keeps the client. Your review notes come back to us, so the same point is not made twice.

What your firm gets
Capacity, without the cost of carrying it
The reasons firms give for keeping the work with us, in the order they usually give them.
A shift your office does not work
India is nine and a half to ten and a half hours ahead of US Eastern time, so a file sent at the end of your day can be prepared and checked before your team logs in.
Capacity without recruiting
A team member is in place and trained before the deadlines arrive, with no recruiting, desks, benefits or extra software seats of your own to carry.
A rate you can build a price around
From US$9 per hour, so the returns and closes your firm turns away for want of capacity can become work you take.
Your clients stay yours
We never market to, solicit or take on your clients, during an engagement or after it. It is written into the engagement agreement.
Your firm keeps every signature
We prepare, reconcile, document and analyse. Your firm reviews, signs, files and gives the advice.
Your software and your checklists
Work happens inside your systems or a secured workspace, to your process, so your data, your audit trail and your review stay where they are.
- Consent firstIRC section 7216 before return work
- Written security planStructured on IRS Publication 5708
- PTIN for every preparerAs the IRS requires
- Never your clientsNo solicitation, during or after
Services
The work behind every service line your firm offers
26 services across three areas, from US$9 per hour. Take a single piece of work, or build a team that covers several.
Tax Preparation and Review
Every return your firm files, prepared by a team that works in your software, follows your checklists and leaves a clean trail for your reviewer. Your firm reviews and signs as the paid preparer, and the client relationship stays entirely yours. Our deepest experience is in partnership returns, then S corporation, C corporation and individual returns.

Firm Operations and Staffing

Our position
Your firm keeps every signature, every client and every judgement. We do the work behind them.
We never market to your clients, never sign on your behalf, and never start work on return information before your firm confirms consent.
Follow the sun
Work moves while your office sleeps
India is nine and a half to ten and a half hours ahead of US Eastern time, depending on daylight saving. Files shared at the end of your day can be prepared and checked overnight, and be ready when your team starts the next morning.
- Your team
- Our team
- Overlap for questions and review notes
Illustrative day in US Eastern time. Working and overlap hours are agreed with each firm.
Overnight preparation
Work shared at the end of your day is prepared and second checked before your morning.
A morning overlap
A window when both teams are working, for questions, review notes and handover calls.
Two working days in one
Your day and ours barely overlap, so a file can move twice in the time it usually moves once.
How it starts
Quality you can judge before you commit
No long contract first. A conversation, a trial piece of real work, and a written onboarding plan before any volume arrives.
A conversation
We learn what your firm needs, which software you run and how your review works.
A trial piece of work
We complete a small, real piece of work so your reviewers can judge the quality for themselves.
Onboarding
Access, security, checklists and communication are set up and written down before volume arrives.
Steady delivery
Work runs to an agreed calendar with a status tracker your team can check at any time.
Regular review
We review turnaround, review notes and rework with you, and adjust.
Security and compliance
Built around the rules your firm answers to
Offshore preparation is lawful and common, and it carries obligations: written taxpayer consent under IRC section 7216, limits on sharing Social Security numbers, a written information security plan under the FTC Safeguards Rule, and a PTIN for every preparer.
Consent first
No work on return information until your firm confirms section 7216 consent is on file.
Controlled access
Your systems or a secured workspace, multi factor authentication and least privilege.
No personal devices
No local downloads, no email attachments and no removable media.
Accountable people
PTINs for preparers, confidentiality agreements, and access removed the day it ends.
Before any engagement
Ask for the security pack
Your firm can review our written information security plan and section 7216 consent checklist before any work begins.

Construction work in progress, section 280E, partnership allocations, inventory costing: every industry brings rules of its own.
Construction and Contractors
Contractors live and die by job profitability, and their accounting has rules of its own.

Healthcare and Physician Groups
Medical practices combine partner compensation, payer receivables and strict privacy.
Manufacturing and Distribution

Professional Services and Law Firms
Firms that sell time need clean billing, partner accounting and trust account discipline.
Retail and E-commerce
Online sellers carry inventory, many channels and settlement reports that rarely agree.
Technology and Start-ups
Venture backed companies need investor ready numbers and tax filings that keep up with funding.
Agribusiness
Farms and agricultural businesses have their own schedules, elections and seasonal cash flow.
Oil, Gas and Energy
Energy investors and operators work with depletion, drilling costs and many K-1s.
Insurance
Insurers and captives report under statutory accounting as well as GAAP.
Community Associations
Homeowner and condominium associations need tidy reserves, owner billing and the right return.

Who do you work with?
CPA firms, enrolled agent practices and accounting firms in the United States. For bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support and financial statements, also businesses and accounting firms in Europe (including the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany and Norway), South Africa, the Middle East, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia. We never take on a client of a firm we work for.
Can we start small?
Yes. Most firms begin with a trial piece of real work, such as a handful of returns or one month's close for one client, so your reviewers can judge the quality before committing to more.
How do you keep taxpayer data safe?
Work happens inside your systems or a secured workspace, with multi factor authentication, least privilege access and no personal devices. Return information is only handled after your firm confirms section 7216 consent.
What does it cost?
Services start from US$9 per hour. The rate for your work, what it covers and how it is billed are set out in the engagement agreement before anything starts.
Do you sign anything on our behalf?
No. Your firm signs returns and financial statements and gives advice. We prepare, reconcile, document and analyse under your direction and review.
